Wow - Plenty of sightings to report!
Visitors to the reserve have recorded sightings of hen & marsh harrier's, Buzzard and short eared owls. On Baker's Fen and the mere there have been sightings of little grebe, gadwall, tufted duck, wigeon, pochard, teal, red shank, little egret, lapwing and water rail.
Plenty of reports of 'drumming' snipe over Sedge Fen and cettis warbler, chiff chaff, long tailed tit, reed bunting, redwing and great spotted woodpecker. Butterfly's include peacock, brimstone and comma.
